I don't know the total number of us that played any of the beta weekends, but 15 seems like a good number for when the game comes out. I think those of us that are the most excited have been posting. It's possible some votes are a, "I'm gonna try the game out, and play this faction. But don't know if I'll stay more than a month or two," vote. Which leads me to our other topic about recruitment. April 4th is just shy of only 2 months away... just over 60 days? That's really not that much time. I think an optimistic number to shoot for if we recruit using other forums is 2 maybe 3 recruits a week? If we wait until March to choose faction and/or start recruitment, we could be losing potential numbers who might want to try a certain guild and go with one in February.

I really hate to sound like I want us all to rush into this. I know many of us have been waiting a very long time for the game, and we do want to get it right. We just have to remember, launch is just right around the corner.

I have a nagging feeling that this poll will be detrimental in the long run and will only serve to set things back coming launch if taken with prejudice.
