Happy holidays! The end of the year approaches, and I would like to celebrate our growth and accomplishments of 2025. At the end of last year, we were active in 5 realms, and we added to our list of games back in April: Elder Scrolls Online and Lord of the Rings Online. When the year started, we had 230 players spread out through our Active and NOMAD realms. As of today, we have increased our friends to 308 players.
The games we play continue to change. Most had major expansions and updates come to their servers, keeping content interesting and fun. Two realms, DDO and LotRo, even had server mergers, requiring the guild to transfer to whole new communities.
Our Discord server had several improvements thanks to the community boosting our server, which provided those wonderful *NOR/ tags. New social channels were created, giving us more opportunities to share in our interests. The Banner Hall was created to give us space to celebrate the guild’s milestones, and Baroness Cheysa’s has brought the attention to everyone’s dedication to the guild by announcing their many years of commitment. Like Lord Garadian, Emeritus Lasarian, and Llira, who all celebrated their 30th year with the New OutRiders!
As we prepare for our 33rd year, remember to enjoy yourself this holiday season and take time to relax and play a game with a friend:)

This is my favorite book of all the world, though I have never read it. – The Princess Bride. Stories hold a special place in all our hearts, no matter the genre or age. Some stories just speak to us, and it is no different with video games. swToR has released it’s latest patch, and the thing many of us have been waiting for since the video game actors strike has finally happened. The story continues and is out as of the writing of this newsletter. The Pursuit of Ruin has dropped.
I have a correction from last article, and my apologies to squire Caboose. There is no three way tie for first place at six people exploded, Caboose has clearly established themselves as the Boom leader with seven casualties to their credit.
Our progression raid group has delved back into the R4 operation. Some happily and some not so happily. We have cemented a solid run strategy with guaranteed results for every boss with the exception of one, and it is kind of the most important one, the last one, Lady Dominique. She has routinely stopped Duke Intisar and our raid team with less than 1% health remaining. As the saying goes, the most important hit point is the last one. That holds so true here. This fight has so many mechanics, and recursion is the most frustrating of them all. Preparing for four team members to be flung about out of combat and ensuring that you are not the person bringing people with you is a less than pleasurable scenario, but there is an achievement, and bragging rights. Not to mention the sense of accomplishment of achieving one of the most difficult mechanics in the entire game.
It has been great to see the progress our guild has made in Star Wars the Old Republic. Our progression raid team getting back to things and starting to tackle more advanced raids. Running through many of the veteran mode and even delving into some of the nightmare mode raids has been something to see. Our first guild invasion of a planet in a very long time allowing us to gain control of Ossus for a while. Intisar planned this very efficiently and all of our guild members ensured we won with a clear and decisive lead. We crowned a new champion in Swtor Rye who has been instrumental in helping our guild over the years, and is just one of our fabulous healers (please keep those heals coming my way.) And we will wrap things up this year with the final addition to story that we have been waiting on for over a year. We will be celebrating life day Sunday December 21st 8PM EST.
As I close this year, I would like to take a little time to thank all of our guild members who have become such a great part of my gaming life. Life is not always easy, we all deal with some form of drama in our lives, and it is nice at the end of the day to be able to share some of that time with people who just want to enjoy a bit of gaming in a fantasy world and share some time and fun with each of us. I hope everyone has a wonderful life day and holiday!

⚔️Welcome New Outriders! Adventurers, Mod 32: Red Harvest II – The Soul Collector has arrived! Szass Tam’s dark ritual threatens all of Faerûn, and the Outriders are ready to rise to the challenge. This issue highlights our guild activities, training runs, and the festive Winterfest celebration.
Mod 32 Highlights
• New Zone – Doomvault Remains: Explore corrupted caverns and Red Wizard laboratories.
• Epic Trial – Soul Harvest: Prepare for one of the most challenging trials yet, demanding teamwork and precision.
• Heroic Encounters: Six new encounters, including the colossal Rise of the Necrotitan.
• Artifact Weapons: Upgrade new artifact weapons using Deepblossom Dust and the Dragon Forge.
• Battle Pass – Bodies & Souls: Seasonal rewards to keep progression exciting.
Guild Activities
• Monday Night Heroic Encounter Runs: Every Monday at 8 PM CST, join fellow Outriders to tackle Doomvault heroic encounters. These runs are perfect for farming rewards, practicing mechanics, and building camaraderie.
• Soul Harvest Trial Training Runs (Coming Soon): We’ll soon begin organized training sessions for the Soul Harvest trial. These runs will focus on mechanics, positioning, and coordination so that every Outrider is ready when we face Szass Tam’s forces.❄️Winterfest Event
The annual Winterfest will be returning!
• Activities: Ice fishing, sled races, and festive quests.
• Rewards: Collect Winterfest currency to earn mounts, companions, and seasonal cosmetics.
• Guild Fun: We’ll host a special Winterfest gathering—bring your best holiday glamour and join the festivities
The Soul Collector rises, but the Outriders rise higher. Ready your blades, polish your spells, and let’s make Mod 32 and Winterfest our brightest season yet!

This past week launched the eagerly awaited yearly expansion, the release of “Kingdoms of Harad”. The new update brings the level cap from 150 to 160 and continues the final arc of the ongoing storyline.
Be sure to check Discord for the weekly event schedule and RSVP a spot so we know you’re interested. The traffic has slowed a bit after the shininess of the server mergers wore off, but with the new content release, it will help us continue to find new folks to explore with and enjoy the adventure.

After getting that tan, head to Queensdale for the annual Wintersday festivities that started as you’re reading this. Celebrate the holiday by ringing in the season in the Bell Choir Ensemble, defend gift-bearing dolyaks in Toypocalypse, leap from snowflake to snowflake in the Winter Wonderland jumping puzzle, give wrapped gifts to orphans across Queensdale, stop rebellious toys in Tixx’s Infinarium, explore the festive strike mission Secret Lair of the Snowmen, and many other activities. Plus earn new skins, minis, decorations among other great presents.

We’ve had a busy month in Elder Scrolls Online, and it’s time to celebrate some victories and recognize a few of our members who’ve stepped up in big ways.
Writhing Wall EventThe guild came together to tackle the Writhing Wall event, and I’m proud to say we completed it with style! It’s clear that teamwork and persistence carried the day. Great job to everyone who joined in! This was a true NOR/ moment of triumph.
Promotions
Please join me in congratulating AngryPanda and Timberwolfjc, who have both been promoted to the rank of Squire. Their dedication to the guild and willingness to jump into the fray has not gone unnoticed. Wear those new titles proudly, you’ve earned them!
Winter Event in ESO
The New Life Festival is just around the corner, bringing festive cheer to Tamriel. Expect bonus XP, daily quests, and plenty of seasonal rewards to chase, including the final two fragments for the new player Housing. It’s always a fun time to gather as a guild, knock out some event tickets, and share in the holiday spirit. Keep an eye on Discord for group runs and event reminders. We’ll make sure nobody misses out on the goodies.
Vengeance Campaign
For those who prefer the clash of steel and the thrill of PvP, the Vengeance Campaign is live in Cyrodiil. This special ruleset campaign is designed to sharpen skills and test new systems, so it’s a great chance to jump in and see how your builds fare. Whether you’re a seasoned warrior or just curious to try PvP, this is the perfect time to join the fight.
Closing Thoughts
Between the Writhing Wall victory, new promotions, and the upcoming winter festivities, December is shaping up to be a memorable month for the New OutRiders. Let’s keep the momentum going, support each other in-game, and make sure we end the year strong.

I would like to acknowledge all who attended the Dungeons & Dragons Online GLUE event on November 14th, 15th, and 16th, 2025. We had a lovely in-game squiring for Squire Santec (congrats, Squire Santec!) We worked hard to get several characters up many levels, get the pre-raid requisite quests done for The Vault of the Night raid, successfully complete The Chronoscope raid, acquire House Kundarak bank favor, and successfully complete part five of The Vault of the Night raid. We were unsuccessful in taking down Velah, the Red Dragon herself in part six due to an “Invisible VolumeTrigger’s” bug dealing 700+ points of damage to each of us; regardless, it was a challenging and enjoyable experience for all.A special thanks to all who logged in and made their presence known during the GLUE event: Lord Garadian (cleric), Lord Tundrra (cleric), Count Riveni (artificer), Count PointyEars (paladin), Baron Adahi (druid), Knight Pinky (paladin), Knight Doritos (cleric), and Squire Santec (barbarian)!
The Symphony of the Fey, a quasi-Hardcore experience on the Thrane server, began November 19th, 2025 and will run through February 3rd, 2026.
To participate, you must either roll a new level 1 character (for the winter lutes) or utilize an existing character (for the summer lutes) and travel to the House from Beyond just below the Leaky Dinghy in the Harbor. Choose the difficulty of Lute you wish to participate with (I recommend taking all five), quest away, and collect Motes to unlock rewards!
You can receive Motes for completed quests up to three levels beyond the level of the quest you are doing (e.g. if you are a L11 character, you can complete a L8 elite quest, L8 hard quest, L8 normal quest, or L8 casual quest and still receive Motes).
Each increasingly-difficult Lute provides a different reward, so you can ascend through all five Lute options if you so choose!
