updated forums 3.0.12 to 3.0.14

whew, scary stuff.

I successfully updated the forums from 3.0.12 to 3.0.14 (minor fixes and what not) the phpBB people really want to us to goto 3.1.x but I dont think my stomach can take attempting that type of change.

Is there major differences in 3.1 that might cause hiccups or just more that it's a lot of change?

It said mods wouln't transfer over and it is a very large update. Im not sure what mods if any Lasarian installed. Im sure we will be outdated and need to change eventually, so i will do more research, there isn't a rush yet:)

I understand your trepidation. My old guild is on vBulletin 4.x and there's "pressure" to move to 5.x (maybe even 6.x at this point) but the adage "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" comes into play and the work involved to make sure the mods installed either will work or have been successfully updated etc ... yeah.
