I have just finished a complete backup of the database and all files for the old forums previously hosted at newoutriders.com and moved them to our current host at newoutriders.org.

If you previously had a user account there it will still function; however registration has been disabled. This is for information and backup purposes. My intention is to attempt to merge some of the old forums into the new.

I have been culling the directory tree from the old site. I have found and removed eleven complete installations of the PHPBB software to run those forums.

Hey Tun, you were just doing some MySQL training were you not?
Is there a shell command I can use to iterate a value in a field in an entire table. So, let's say I want to add 5,000 to each integer in the User ID field. so instead of the values being 1-5000, after the command they would be 5001-10,000.
How do I do that?

Re: Old Forums (newoutriders.com )
My SQL is too rusty to do them all at once, Tundrra's looks good to me. I'd end up doing them 1 at a time in a loop via php script, because I still remember php.
