Which Guild on Brandywine?

I would really like to make sure we are all in the same guild and it seems we have 2 on Brandywine now? New OutRiders and The New OutRiders. I added some of the names I saw had characters

SweetPe, Arizen and Talolan I think were all in New OutRiders
Catamok has The New OutRiders.

I didn't know who else to add to friends list thus I stared a post about who all already has characters. I am also unclear how/when/who can get me added to guild.

It was my understanding from posts by both Arizen and SweetPe that 'New OutRiders' has been disbanded by the game company due to inactivity. If you're saying that you have been online on LOTRO and actually seen both guilds, it would seem that SweetPe may have talked Turbine into reinstating the guild - or she may have simply reformed it.

Well Arizen, SweetPe and Talolan have New OutRiders as their guild name but I don't know the game well enough to know if that means the guild is reinstated or not. Hopefully someone can let me know what that means

I will log into Talolan and find out. I made a new character when I reinstalled the F2P and haven't actually logged in to Talolan,

I logged into Talolan and it said my Kinship had been disbanded, so it hasn't been reinstated yet.

Weird.. why does it say New OutRiders next to your name I wonder, when I pull it up on friends list or is this something else?

The active kin for which I am a member is named "The New Outriders."

Sorry for the misunderstanding on this. When I started looking into reforming the guild on LOTRO, I was trying to get in touch with any former members. I was confounded that although the kin was disbanded, a search by name still showed that these toons were members of the (disbanded) kin. I only confirmed that this was so by the expedient task of creating the kin by name. Since it allowed me to create the kin by name (New Outriders), it did not exist, ergo, it had been disbanded.

This from Sapience, LOTRO Community Leader: "If the leader does not log in for more than 35 days or cancels his or her account, the successor receives a mail indicating the availability of the Usurp option. The successor can click the Usurp button in the Kinship Panel to become leader. If the successor does not usurp leadership within 10 days, all officers of the kinship receive a mail informing them that any officer can usurp leadership. If no officer usurps leadership within 20 days, all members of the kinship receive a mail informing them that any member can usurp leadership. If a kinship goes 65 days without a new leader, the kinship will automatically disband. Please note that the In-Game Support Team will not resolve issues regarding the transfer of ownership for a kinship or the automatic disbanding of a leaderless kinship. It is the responsibility of the kinship members to ensure that a successor has been chosen."

If anyone can - by any means - get the kinhouse back with all its contents and a few Symbols of the Elder King to boot, I'll cheer their success. I am not holding my breath.
