ok cool, just wanted to make sure that i was not invited to the tournament or something that set the 20 games for me. Yes i trust everyone too. I held off playing last night because of that. :) I shall enter our game tonight. :)

The pace of games will probably slow down once we start for real.

I don't want this to be a headache people have to worry about all week. Each week once we actually finish signups and start, we'll each have 1 opponent. So that it should be fairly relaxed.

I've got 5 challenges up (added Nimm and OJ) and that will bring me to 17 games of the 20 ... doh!

Ya I have 4 left, one of those will be for soko and Tygir once they have their accounts made...so 2 more for any late comers:)

I am definitely in! I had to wipe my computer and am in the process of installing SWTOR. Once I'm done with that, I'll finish my steam d/l and sign up. :D

Oh, and my soundcard does NOT like the game or Steam. Don't recall having this problem before. Any suggestions?

None here, sorry Rox. How old is the sound card?

To anyone else glancing at this post, I had my doubts about this idea of Talo's - first because I haven't played a game like this in well over ten years, second of course because it was Talo's idea ;-pppp

But I have to say it has been good fun - please join us.

I started on the Steam version, but it seemed fairly buggy to me, so decided to switch to the iOS version on my iPad Mini. It seems to me that the game was originally designed for the iOS. I still have some strange issues with some of my ongoing matches disappearing for awhile and reappearing later. Talo and I also had our first game kinda lock up after one turn, so we canceled it and started fresh.

It's still in beta though, so these are the typical things I'd expect at this point. If you're in the position to be able to play on iOS, I'd suggest that over Steam at the moment - based on my experience.

As for the actual game itself, I'm loving it so far. It's so easy to get into - no where near the initial learning curve of Magic: The Gathering. I've been using the pre-built decks to get a feel for things, but I'm going to play with building some custom ones soon.

I've only had 1 crash/lock with the PC version. So your mileage may vary.

There will be an Android version before the end of the year as well, and Lasarian created a SolForge channel on TeamSpeak.
