For those who don't know, in the most recent patch Areanet added monuments—decorations that have a custom player inscription. One being a grave marker.
I would like to work on the upgrades after our current ones, the ones needed for this guild upgrade so we can make an area in our guild hall for our fallen NOR members. Not all of them played Guild Wars 2, but it doesn't matter- We are all NOR!

Thank you & Hail*NOR/!

An excellent idea. What are the prerequisites for unlocking it?

Great idea. It shouldn't an issue but my understanding is that all text inscriptions are limited to "tweet" lengths of 140 characters, so keep it in mind for any messages you would like to employ.

Guild Decoration Merchant 1 & 2, then the monuments upgrade. They can all be found in the Market Upgrades.Nimue wrote:An excellent idea. What are the prerequisites for unlocking it?

Re: Project: Guild Memorial
I posted on reddit thanking ArenaNet for adding these decorations into the guild, and a Dev responded.

Anyways, all I really wanted was to thank them as it was such a kind gesture to add into the game. I'm glad they saw our thanks.LinkHughes
You are most welcome. I'm really glad we could get them in for you and everyone else who fondly remembers fallen guild members.

This is a great idea! The upgrades aren't to hard and shouldn't take to long, especially with your great donators!

This is so awesome! Both this addition to the game and the dev response on Reddit. When I get the chance I will "DONATE ALL THE THINGS" to help unlock it.

Upvoted too!
This is a great idea and I'll help out as much as I can - it might be nice to have a small ceremony when we unlock it! I don't know any of the fallen members, but I do know what it's like to lose a gaming friend. Edit: I've often wished they had something similar in SWTOR, and I agree this is really thoughtful of the GW2 devs.
