- We will need to include the Charter once it is finished.
- I could use some help on the History. If anyone wants to take a section, post it on the boards, email it to me, PM, whatever. Anything would be appreciated.
- Under Meeting Minutes you will find a test page with some garbage code on it. I actually have a working php page that allows us to upload the minutes as .txt files and will display them automatically. They are saved in a directory on the site. This is just for the Open Minutes.

Roster
- Again, what you see here is a placeholder. I have the beginnings of a php page that will display and sort the roster through various filters, like name, rank, game (realm), etc.
- It will also allow us to login and make changes, promote, demote, remove, set to LOA, and will even have individual members pages (like a profile).
- Each members will have their own NOR profile page which they can partially edit but will also include a Shadowbox displaying an insignia for the rank, ribbons for the Realms they have been on and visual representations of any awards they have.
Pretty much done.
Contact
Also pretty much done, although it will require a few updates. I added the code for Tundrra's newsletter down in the right lower corner. I'd like to add a link to the Podcast somewhere here as well. The live links on the page link to our current site, forums and emails. If we move all of that, I'll just have to update those, no biggie.
Join
- I have added Rox's "Need to Know" document and form there anyone can fill out the application.
- Once someone fills out the form, the appropriate Officer will get an email and can approve or disapprove of the application.
- I have not yet implemented adding the applicant's information automatically to the Roster, but I will. This will note the date and time they joined for us and eventually will also post reminders ... how long they have been a Recruit, a Squire, etc.
News
Still working on this, but it includes sign up for the Newsletter and a spot to D/L the Podcast. I am working on getting some open source code to embed a player so you can just listen to the Podcast right from the site.
Store
Still working on functionality, but nearly done. Pretty soon anyone will be able to get whatever they like.

I added something like the memorial page from the old forums. I took some liberties with the formatting, but everything else is verbatim.

NOR Sig Generator
One thing people seem to like to play with are Signature Generators, I was going to put together a simple one just for us. I was thinking name, Realm ribbons, awards, join date and small medallions for each game - so, rather than having separate signatures for each toon in each game, we have one Sig for our main NOR name that covers everything. It will generate the code needed for the forums, just like any other Sig generator, I just need to put together the art.
It looks awesome!
