I hope that everyone had a great holiday season! Now that we are in the New Year, we have a lot coming up to look forward to.
First off, I would like to congratulate Recruit Gulbrant on being our first new recruit in 2026. Everyone make sure to say hello and offer a hand, or at least a spare soul gem!
February brings us a brand-new event in ESO: Hearts Week. This event revolves around our Companions, so between the event tickets and rewards, it’ll be a great time to level those up. Here is the rundown:
Key Features
- Companion Bonuses: During Hearts Week, players will enjoy the following benefits:
- +100% Companion XP Gain: Level up your companions faster.
- +50% Companion Rapport Gain: Increase your bond with companions more quickly.
- -50% Companion Rapport Loss: Reduce the negative impact of actions on your companion’s rapport.
Quests: Players can participate in a series of four non-repeatable quests, starting with “Heartsick Follies,” given by Kuzam-jo, a priest of Mara in Belkarth. Completing these quests will reward players with the Amulet of the Heart Memento.
Event Tickets and Rewards: Players can earn up to 2 event tickets per day during Hearts Week. Rewards include:
Sanguine’s Delectable Parcels: These can contain various items, including new outfit styles, companion gifts, recipes, and crafting materials.
Sanguine’s Extravagant Parcel: The first box earned each day will have a higher chance of containing rare items.
How to Participate:
To join the Hearts Week festivities, players can either:
- Travel to Belkarth: Head to the festival grounds and find Kuzam-jo to start the event quests.
or - Crown Store: Acquire the introductory quest directly from the Crown Store under the “Events” category.
This event is a great opportunity for players to engage with their companions, earn unique rewards, and enjoy the spirit of love in Tamriel. Be sure to mark your calendars for February 2026 to participate in this exciting event!
Looking Ahead even further, we have some major changes coming to the game starting April 2. The Tamriel Tome, a battle-pass style progression, lots of quality life improvements, some guild improvements, etc. I will go into more detail next month on these.
Make sure to keep an eye on our Discord event announcment channels as well. We will continue doing our trial/larger group events on Saturdays and our general hangouts on Sundays, perhaps adding a weeknight event back into the mix now and again as wanted.
