Just a few quick topics for this month’s news article. First, I want to express my gratitude to Shava and Layla for submitting screenshots to help kickstart our Instagram page. Although we didn’t receive enough participation to organize a contest, we were able to reward our Duchesses with some *NOR/ stickers for their efforts.
The Elder Scrolls Online Realm continues to expand and has achieved the provisional rank of County as it approaches the size of a full Duchy. Congratulations to Lord Garadian and his officers for welcoming new members into our community.
To continue celebrating our members and acknowledging the contributions of our officers to the guild, we have a couple of new website roster updates.
– Designations: Allows us to display additional sub-ranks an officer or member might preforming outside their normal rank duties. Such has Dungeon Master, so who organizes raids. Or Acting Baron, when the member as achieved a higher rank in the past but is performing a lower officer position.
– Public Note: Occasionally, a member is awarded a special medal or has gone above and beyond for the guild, earning a footnote in their history. Now, a note can be assigned to display such honor more prominently to others.

A New Hope. There was a fabulous turnout for the NOR swToR G.L.U.E. (guild led unity event.) This was the first time I have had the privilege of attending a swToR Glue, and I have to say it was great fun! We had a wonderful adventure, and travelled to many different destinations throughout the galaxy. Special thanks to our Branch Leader, Duke Intisar for doing a wonderful job planning this. We also were able to mount up in walkers and stomp around on Corellia. Lord Tundrra has also added an award ribbon to the NOR profiles of everyone who attended. Did you know you have a NOR profile? Are you like me and cannot remember when you joined NOR? Forgot when you were promoted? That is all on your NOR profile, along with milestones, when you were recruited and who recruited you.
One of the things we have developed over the years in swToR is the need to keep things lively and fun. We have accomplished this through the many Shenanigan’s during fun runs, many between guild member’s. Most seem to be for our wonderfully patient, or maybe not so patient, but actually patient Branch leader. Recently we have discovered the joy of trying to see how many raid member’s we can get blown up without dying during a couple of wonderful world boss mechanics. It appears that we may have all been upstaged when Intisar decided to blow everyone up at once during a fun run raid. He now holds the record for most collateral damage given. It was only a momentary setback, not done with bad intent, and one hundred percent hilarious at the time.
The newest Star Wars season is now in full swing, and with it comes a subscriber login tokens. Logging in 4 times in a week will earn you a subscriber token that can be used as a way to catch up on gear quickly (non NOR content creator SWTORISTA has posted a recent video about this.) The current season is focusing on flashpoints; these are small 4-man raids that can usually be completed in a half hour to hour time depending on level of difficulty and amount of chaos that the group decides to take part of. You have not truly experienced a flashpoint speed run until you have had the blessing to run one with our very own Captain Chaos. There may be one or two people in the guild who aspire to do the same, but sadly we cannot compare to the true Captain of Chaos. And, we should be seeing our first big story update in the fall.
We have started progression raiding some of the more difficult content, and with last weekends run tackled “The Nature of Progress.” We made great progress for not having run a veteran mode operation this challenging in a while. Yours truly held the great honor of being the first sacrifice for the run. With our amazing healers, tanks and DPS, we one shot Red, made it through the holding pens and reached the control center where things got really interesting. The guild made their first clear of the control center “According to Plan” Monday night. I have no doubt the Mutant Trandoshan’s will fall in a spectacular manner soon.
Both the Republic and Imperial side guilds have reached level 500. We will also be hunting down something new soon.

Greetings, New Outriders! Mod 31.5 has landed in Neverwinter, and it’s bringing the heat! Whether you’re a seasoned veteran or a fresh recruit, there’s plenty to sink your sword into. Here’s what’s new and what’s next for our guild:
– We group up nightly to conquer the evil forces that storm the arena. The arena has made it easy for new and returning players to get gear so they can join in the endgame content.
-PvP is officially back in Neverwinter, and it’s tied directly into the new Slaughterhouse Arena. Players can now opt into PvP matches within the arena to earn fresh rewards. Whether you want to do 2v2 or 1v1 on PvP is a great way to test your skills.Upcoming Events: Wonders of Gond (Late September).
Gear up for mechanical mayhem! Slay enemies, collect gadgets, and craft your way to glory. Trade your tinkered treasures for mounts, companions, and the legendary Doohickey. Time to channel your inner artificer!
Masquerade of Liars (October 24–30). The masks return! Join the Contest of Liars, earn charms, and embrace chaos. Whether you side with the Deep, the Delicious, or the Fallen, there’s mischief (and fashion) for all. Pumpkin masks are optional, sass required.

As we eagerly await for the release of the next expansion “Visions of Eternity” on October 28th, ArenaNet continues showing some of the cool updates coming. First, we’ll be getting our very own private island, Cornosus Island, for a new vacation homestead. Not only is it an all new location, it comes with a lot of home improvements. Every decoration, including the house and everything that makes up the house, can be removed and stored in your inventory. You can save and share your layouts to an XML file and share with others, and much more. And that’s not all, they also gave us a showcase of some of the new skills our skimmer will be learning as we explore Castora. There will be new masteries where the skimmer will be able to Aetherlocate hidden treasure chests, get a slipstream boost for increased speed and hover height, water jets that damage enemies and heals allies, the ability to ride ley-lines, and more. news/new-skimmer-updates-splash-onto-the-scene-with-visions-of-eternity/
Plus we are now entering the third week of the Fractal Incursion bonus event. Come join us as we take advantage of the quick matchmaking beta which gives a great way to learn fractals. In addition, we’ll be taking on the various world bosses, and participate in open world events as the bosses of some of the fractals leak out into Tyria proper. As a reward for helping to stabilize the mists, we can earn a pair of legendary gloves (light, medium, or heavy) with the ability to also earn the other armor class gloves, as well as your choice of a Tier 1 Legendary weapon.
Wolf spirit continues to help strengthen our pack. Everyone raise your mugs and give a hearty hail to our newest officer, Baroness Panda. She will be taking over as the Baroness of Wayfarer Foothills in the County of Shiverpeaks, in the Dutchy of Tyria. She has been leading our Fractal Wednesday event and an invaluable member of our community.

Greetings and hail from the mountain top! Fall is slowly creeping in as summer makes its way out so with that its time for us all to tuck in and get cozy with our favorite games.
If you’ve been reading along with the installments of Tales Under The Golden Sun, then you can find the latest installment is up! Her Guiding Light follows Sphene as she comes to terms with the pain of loss and remembrance.
If you’re feeling up for more of a challenge then look no further as this Saturday starts the Final Fantasy XIV x Monster Hunter Wilds crossover event. Come and test your mettle against the great Guardian Arkveld and maybe even make it out alive with some gear, minions, or even a mount.

In other news, October brings some big changes. Seasons of the Worm Cult: Patch 48 and the Writhing Wall event! This will be a great opportunity to band together in the way that NORbies do and complete this community event together!
As well, the Witch’s Festival is coming up, so even more themed fun and we’ll see what that brings!
Our Normal Trial series has been going very well, with a trial completed every Saturday since we have started it, and come October, we will be adding a Veteran Trial event to the schedule as well!
Speaking of events, our normal events are Wednesday evenings at 8pm EST, and our Sunday event has now been moved to 4pm EST to better accomadate our members on the West Coast.

Our guild ship in Dungeons & Dragons Online has a new look! As part of the plethora of coupon codes that players received during the 64-bit transfers, the developers offered a full battery of guild ship color options. Colors include blue, red, green, beige, white, and our current selection, purple, providing guildies with a vibrant color to come home to after a long day of adventuring. For the time being, the woodwork stain color is bugged, so we will enjoy the great accents that are visible.Come pay the DDO branch a visit, enjoy the guild ship and all of its deck levels and amenities, and stay for a quest or two!
