Dungeon & Dragons Online’s newest expansion, “Terror of Demogorgon,” will be released on July 22nd, 2026.  We will return to the Underdark and explore the ancient stone giant library, Gavenhollow.  These thirteen quests and one new raid will be level 11 for heroic player characters and level 37 for legendary player characters. “Level 37?” I hear you say…YES!  With the release of Terror of Demogorgon, the level cap will increase to 36, which is the first level cap increase since 2024.  With new levels come new loot tables, named items, and special items. When Terror of Demogorgon goes live, the Duergar race will be released as will the new Duergar Mindcleaver iconic class.  Duergars have the ability to size-shift from large to small and small to large with each size providing bonuses to PRR, MRR, dodge, dexterity, armor class, damage, crit bonuses, incorporeality, and/or attack bonuses.  The Mindcleaver iconic class also grants the Duergar the ability to conjure various mind weapons that each have unique abilities.

Preorder Update 80, “Terror of Demogorgon,” at the link below.  The Standard Edition gets you the Duergar race and all of the quests and the raid.  The Collector Edition additionally gets you cosmetics, bank slots, and a character slot.  The Ultimate Fan Bundle gets you everything in the prior editions plus even more cosmetics, bank slots, character slots, and new gold seal hirelings for level 11 and 36. …/terror-of-demogorgon
