Happy Halloween everyone! With the holidays quickly approaching the High Council has been revamping the guild merch store and we have added a NEW section to list member owned online stores. So this holiday be sure to check out gift ideas from your fellow NORbies.

As far as the guild store, we have set up a Printify shop which seems to have much better price options then the old Cafepress. We left the old store there incase their prices ever get better, but for now all the new items will be going to Printify. As far as pricing goes markup remains low and the best way to donate to the guild coffers is the direct paypal donation link, the merch store is just to show your guild pride with fun mousepads, coffee cups and sweet swag to wear at cons:)

We are in the midst of DDO’s spooktacular Night Revels event! Adventure through Delera’s Graveyard located in House Jorasco to defeat haunted monsters and acquire Darkest Chocolates and Night Revel Keys. Use the keys to enter into the Night Revels’ special quests that drop ingredients to craft your own valuable and event-specific items. This year, the crafting rewards include new items such as Jackorb, a Cosmetic orb weapon that is a normal pumpkin when Night Revels is unavailable and on fire when Night Revels is active; a mount certificate for a green Reaper’s Steed; and the Violet Harvest hat, armor, and cloak cosmetic set.

Hail and welcome to a spooky, scary Tyria. I hope you got your costume ready and trick-or-treat bags open to gather all that delicious candy corn, nougat-filled chocolate bars, wax fangs, and more as the Mad King Thorn has come to Tyria. (video) Come and brave all the horrors that come with the holiday. Visit his Labyrinth filled with skeletons, spiders, candy corn elementals, and Steve, the chainsaw-wielding giant skeleton, along with pumpkins to carve and candy corn to mine, haunted doors to open – no knowing what will answer – and a race through all this danger. Just make sure you don’t get lost. Or test your skills in the terrifying Clock Tower jumping puzzle. If that’s too scary for you, you can still explore the Tower where time stands still. There’s the Mad King Raceway to take your mounts around Thorn’s graveyard – check to make sure your name’s not on any of the tombstones. Challenge the Mad King himself in either the Ascent to Madness mini-dungeon or see if you’re smarter than a pair of his socks in Mad King Says and much, much more. (/news/shadow-of-the-mad-king/)

Next month, we will get to continue Janthir Wilds with a new story following our discoveries about The Strangers, along with a new raid, extended convergences, new relics, and a new legendary spear.

We also have three weekly guild events going on for all to join in. Wednesdays are “Helping Hands” days, where we do what NOR does best and help anyone who needs masteries, achievements, Hero Points, etc. that a more organized event really benefits from. Fridays are “Strike/Raid Day,” where we explore challenging endgame content. Finally, Sundays are “Cozy Sundays,” where we do guild races, treks, bounties, and whatever else tickles our fancy.

Phasmaphobia Guild Wide Event

Join me, Count Sofija, as a weird portal opens on Saturday, October 26^th at 8pm Eastern/7 Central to a realm called Phasmaphobia. (Available on Steam store.steam) A realm full of houses, campsites, lighthouses, high schools, prisons, and asylums that many say are haunted. But don’t worry, the ghosts are friendly and love to hug everyone. It’s not our fault we’re just not strong enough to survive the hugging.
