Northdark Reaches

Hail and Well Met Adventurers
Another new module has come too us in the land of Faerun in Neverwinter. A sinister drow dealing from the minds of cryptic,, R.A. Salvatore and Gino Salvatore, The Northdark Reaches.
To start off, visit Sgt Knox in the Protector’s Enclave and then travel to Gauntlegrym and speak to Bruenor Battlehammer the Dwarven King. He will ask you to find a drow named Braelin Jan-quay.
During the quest line you will find out the drow are in a middle of a civil war, one side the enemy the Lloth worshiping drow and on the other side those opposing the devout followers of the Spider Goddess.
You will fight corrupted Myconids, Bullettes, Spiders, Lloth Devout Drow, and Driders.

There is of course a campaign sheet to earn rewards.

You may earn 100 of the Baerne Coins per week and if you notice that will take you 10 weeks to complete this campaign line.

There are distinct different zones filled with baddies to fight. As well each zone has a series of minor heroic encounters and one big heroic encounter each. The MHE rewards 10 Baerne Coins and the BHE rewards 20 Baerne Coins, a currency used in this campaign.

In each of these zones is a scrying stone as marked on the above maps. This will give you a cut scene of the area you are in.

Named Mini-Boss

Below you will find many named mini-boss that will drop a local currency needed for some of the useful items to be obtained in the new module, namely Fungal Spore.

Now on to the rewards. You may earn or purchase with enough currency the following.

In the campaign store there are four tabs.

The first one is a trio of vanity pets, Astral diamond exchange and companion upgrade tokens.

In the second tab there is a random box of either item level 1500 multi stat companion equipment ( high chance), a IL 1600 multi stat companion equipment(moderate chance) or a IL 16000 single stat companion equipment (low chance), a spider key used to open chests in The Tempe of the Spider Queen (Master) dungeon, 5 different overloads for use to fight drow, spiders.

The third tab is split between to pictures due to length of the tab, but essentially it is the IL 1600 multi stat companion equipment on the left and the IL 1600 single stat on the right.

The fourth and final tab in the Dark Maiden Gear which are two sets of armor for your character, these require you obtaining currency from the Temple of the Spider Queen (Master) Dungeon.

The different currency is as follows

Baerne Coins — obtained from quests, heroic encounters and ToSQ dungeons.

Bregan D’aerthe Pins – obtained from quests.

Cabochen Gems – obtained form ToSQ Master Dungeon

Brilliant Cabochon Gems – obtained from ToSQ Master dungeon

Northdark Fungal Spore – obtained from mini-bosses in the region.
