Dragonslayer mod is live now. Slaying dragons in Dungeons and Dragons base game is always fun. The latest mod has three levels of dragons: young, adult and ancient. So there is dragon killing for everyone if you want to solo or group up. The dragons are random and they have modifiers that can make the fight more challenging. Doing these fights will get you the gear. Zefflorin has posted a detailed description on the website.
The devs have been adding special events to go alongside the mods to help get new and old players the gear and enchants they need for the endgame content. If you are looking for some good mmo fun I suggest you come give Neverwinter a try.
