Realm Roster Update "active" and "archive" realms

On the website I have recently added the realm roster view.


Active Realm
The design is a homage to the old rosters officers would turn in each month. This tool will help the branch officers keep track of their active players and alts. It is organized with the branch's hierarchy displayed first for easy officer contact. Each player will have their NORname displayed with a list of alts they are associated with. Making it a quick reference to see which members/recruits need promoted or who have disappeared. It also has a section at the top that displays some stats like who is the newest squire, newest recruit, and the top 5 longest NOR members that play in the selected realm.

Archived Realms
The old rosters have not been fully entered into the database, but there are still several hundred entries to see. There are 2 lists that appear when you select one of our old realms. The first list shows any members that are still active in the guild and which game to find them.

The 2nd section list all the inactive members and a link to their individual history with the guild.

I cant get enough of Lasarian's Ribbons!

So i have added game ribbons to the active realms, these show the players origin where they were first recruited into NOR. Also on the Active realm page I added the duchy report to the top so you can easily use it for HC meetings. I also increased the number of displayed recruits and squires that have been recently promoted/recruited.

To the Archive Realms page I added ribbons to where you can still find active members playing other NOR games. Also i added the active realms to the archive so you can see players that are no longer active. Most of the archive is still empty...for now:p

I made some more updates.

The Realms page

• now lists a few of our NOMAD games and who are playing them.
• some brief descriptions of each section were added.
• It also now shows some overall guild numbers and who are the sitting HC members that watch over the realms of NOR.
• it also calculates the guilds birthday every year:) Happy 24th!

On the Active Realms page

• It now calculates how many days it' has been since a recruit filled out their application. **if there are recruits older then 1yr this doesn't show properly...but ideally that shouldn't happen.
• there is now a wiki link to the realms history and other important info.

One issue, not so much a bug but it could cause a issue of confusion and I want to point it out.

The issue: When a member you know is active and is showing in the correct current realm, yet is not showing on the realm roster list.

This won't be a issue for any new members that filled out applications, because it is automatic. However those members that were added other ways must have a history entry that doesn't leave the game name blank and the description says "Recruited".

If you don't know the date use the squire date.

Let me know if that doesn't make sense:)
