  As Season One winds down, there is still plenty to explore in Tamriel. The Thieves Guild questline, Dynamic Encounters, and Favors continue to offer adventures, alongside Rumors, the Nowhere Vault, and the new High Seas of Tamriel event.
  
  Rumors, Favors, Heists, and Thieves Troves offer opportunities to collect Wondrous Nowhere Keys. Use your keys to explore the Nowhere Vault and its branches, unlock doors, and open pecial treasure chests for rewards.

  Season Two is expected to introduce Solo Dungeons, new Golden Pursuits, and improvements to the player experience. There are still plenty of Tamrielic adventures ahead, and *NOR/ will experience them together!

  Strahd has returned…Hardcore style!
  
  On October 14th, Dungeons & Dragons Online will be releasing Update 82: “The Court of Strahd.” The most infamous Ravenloft vampire lord, Count Strahd von Zarovich, returns to DDO to exact revenge against those who had defeated him. The Mists that hold Strahd to the land of Barovia will expand into Stormreach, Eveningstar, and other areas of Xen’drik. Player characters are called upon by The Order of the Guardians to hunt and trap Strahd’s minions in special lanterns. Once the lanterns are full, The Order will exchange them for rare and wondrous rewards and Strahd will be forced out of this plane of existence.
  
  The details of how “hard” of a hardcore event The Court of Strahd will be have yet to be released by the developers. In the past, there have been options that provide player characters two choices between a true hardcore experience (i.e. permadeath one life to live) and a softer-core experience where death does not negate the ability to use the lanterns. Historically, there have been different rewards for the two types of lanterns acquired.
  
  Additionally, the Night Revels event begins this week! A crowd favorite, the quests of the Night Revels are an entertaining and spooky spin on some of DDO’s historic quests. Players gain Night Revels keys by defeating named enemies in Delera’s Graveyard and those keys open up the Night Revels quests. By completing the quests, players can collect end reward ingredients that allow unique items and cosmetics to be crafted. New items are added each year in order to keep the rewards fresh and the Night Revels quests worth running.

  Hail*NOR/ and welcome to Tyria.

  The final chapter of Visions of Eternity “Code of Creations” is out now. With it we got a new chain of masteries that let us overcharge Rifts and immediately travel to the next to help with those Rift farming events. Plus we got a Convergence, Fractal, and Raid with challenge modes now available for all 3 to test your mettle. That’s not all!   While there won’t be another new expansion until Guild Wars 3 is out next year, that doesn’t mean things are going to slow down in present day Tyria. October 13th, the doors to Realm of the Mad King open with the seasonal Shadow of the Mad King event. So get your spooky masks and bags ready to fill up with candy corn, caramel nuggets, ghostly pretzels, and more as we explore the Mad King’s Labyrinth, run races in the Mad King’s racetrack, play Mad King Says, and put your jumping skills to the ultimate test with the Mad King’s Clock Tower jumping puzzle.

  Then next month comes the latest Skills and Balance Update, Fractal Incursion Event, Extra Life Bonus Event & Game Day, We’ll also get our first look at the first new WvW map in over a decade with a special Beta Event on November 10^th with the Battle in Ascalon map. https://www.guildwars2.com/en/news/play-the-new-world-vs-world-borderlands-map-beta-on-november-10/

  In December Wintersday arrives along with the beginning of the Hall of Monuments updates where we’ll be earning special titles, cosmetics, and more which we can bring with us to Guild Wars 3 much like Guild Wars Reforged version that bridged it with Guild Wars 2.

  In Guild Wars 3 news, we got a blog post about one of our main rivals, The Mavenwrights. https://www.guildwars3.com/en/news/meet-the-mavenwrights. Plus at Gamescom, several ArenaNet partners and members of the press got a sneak peak at an early build that showed off how the new combat and momentum-based movement will look like.   Please join us on our DIS-CORD golem where we share the latest Tyrian news including Guild Wars 3, share Fashion Wars wins, and more including our Guild Events. Wednesdays are Fractals where we take on tougher and tougher challenges. Thursdays are Helping Hands were we do what New Outriders does best and help each other through everything from Hero Points, Mastery Points, or whatever strikes our fancy. Then Sundays, outside of our Monthly Ceremonies, we just get together and chill out with fishing, finishing weeklies, or enjoy the current event.   Welcome to the season of everything pumpkin spice!! As we fall into Autumn, we get ready to start into the Feast of Prosperity! For those who have not had the pleasure of partaking in this event, this is by far my favorite of all. World bosses are a regular objective as well as some fun adventuring collection quests. If you crave a puzzle food game, this is definitely the event for you with the Cantina Rush event. You operate an astromech droid and serve food in a race against the clock. 

  The Progression Raiding Team has ventured into The Nature of Progress operation for the first time in a long time. Champion @Rye received the achievements “Reach the Auxiliary Shield Generator Shed” and “Capture the Security Center” portion of the raid. The second of these achievements was also a first for me. There is a lot of trickery to these fights and a lot of timing of movement through the operation to ensure one is not fried by the power generators. We have gotten a good look at the Mutant Trandoshans. You may ask yourself why the phrase “Mutant Trandoshans” looks so familiar and that would be due to the modelling after the Mutant Ninja Turtles, right down to the coloring. It is a fun fight with an added bonus achievement for killing all of the Trandoshans at the same time with a train. 

  We have a new guide published by Champion @Amp for the Hatred Assassin class or Shadow Serenity class. It is a fun and comprehensive guide that will get you all set for some fun and not overly complicated gameplay. We have also heard that the next expansion 8.0 is expected to arrive toward the end of the year. With this announcement, we also heard that Star Parse is going inactive and will not be updated. This was a passion project parsing tool made by a swToR player that is moving on and no longer supporting it. There is a new identified tool that quite a few people have been trying and it is called BARAS. The instructions have been posted in the channel and pinned by Duke @Intisar. This tool offers a great amount of customizations and is pretty user friendly. With 8.0 there will be the addition of new story content, a new planet, Ryloth, the addition of difficulty modes to add more challenge, new ventures, the “Children of Nul” operation, the level cap is being moved to 85, there will be new abilities for all disciplines, new gearing and more quality-of-life improvements.
