As we eagerly await for the release of the next expansion “Visions of Eternity” on October 28th, ArenaNet continues showing some of the cool updates coming. First, we’ll be getting our very own private island, Cornosus Island, for a new vacation homestead. Not only is it an all new location, it comes with a lot of home improvements. Every decoration, including the house and everything that makes up the house, can be removed and stored in your inventory. You can save and share your layouts to an XML file and share with others, and much more. And that’s not all, they also gave us a showcase of some of the new skills our skimmer will be learning as we explore Castora. Plus we are now entering the third week of the Fractal Incursion bonus event. Come join us as we take advantage of the quick matchmaking beta which gives a great way to learn fractals. In addition, we’ll be taking on the various world bosses, and participate in open world events as the bosses of some of the fractals leak out into Tyria proper. As a reward for helping to stabilize the mists, we can earn a pair of legendary gloves (light, medium, or heavy) with the ability to also earn the other armor class gloves, as well as your choice of a Tier 1 Legendary weapon.

She will be taking over as the Baroness of Wayfarer Foothills in the County of Shiverpeaks, in the Dutchy of Tyria.
