I like the night life, I like to boogie!
Many things are happening in SwTOR. It is the return of Night Life (running now through August 19,) and with it many new Highroller rewards and new mounts and pets. They are the Smuggler’s Trained Vine Cat, Fiery Grefna and Iridescent Veractyl mounts and Smuggled Sithspawn, Vixian Youngling, and Emperor’s Pritarr cub mini-pets. It is the final week of Rising Powers season, but PVP season Champions of the Wild is just getting ramped up. Our fellow guildies have decided a new game should be playyed with the Rogue Cartel Warbot. The game is to see how many people in the group we can explode. Currently Galaxiya and Deus are tied at 5 guidlmates a peice. This is strictly a fun game and a way to pad the healers numbers. The object is not to kill each other.
The SwTOR G.L.U.E. event is coming up this weekend. What is GLUE you ask? Why, it is a guild unity event. It is a chance to check out the guild and the game. We will be travelling around to see some sights, have some Shennanighans, and help with anyone who has been curious about checking out Star Wars the old republic. You do not have to be a subscriber to participate, you just need to have a Republic side character that has completed the starting planet and made it to Coruscant to obtain your spaceship. This will be on Sunday, July 27th from 3-5 PM EST. We will have people available to assist. You can play whatever charter class you wish.
Currently we are anticipating an upcoming livestream (date unknown) for updates to 7.7.1 which could include the largest story patch in the history of SwTOR. The Annual where’s muffin contest has it’s 2 winners. Congratulations to Shintar and Jessiopolis on finding him. Muffin is a Plaguehorn Reek that Duke Intisar hides on both the Republic and Imperial sides. Prizes are given out to the winners, and this year the first entry was not made until the next day. The second one took a total of two days for the discovery.
