Hail*NOR/ So lets talk the new Upgrade system. This applies to Artifact Equipment, Artifacts, Insignias, Mount Collars, and of course the new enchantments. To upgrade an item it may take any combination of Refinement Points, Glyphs of Potency, Gold, and Enchanting Stones These are called resources for this topic. You May also use Preservation Wards to protect you valued resources upon a failure to upgrade. You also will require a mote, these now come in 5 degrees.
