There have been some major changes in Neverwinter with the introduction of module 22 the “Dragonbone Vale”.  The new area has three factions to get reputation with.  By getting this rep you will be able to get new gear and weapons. 

There is also a new 10 player trail. So lots of questing to do now.  Another major change is the way the enchantment works for your characters.  This is a major change that is hard to explain without getting in the game and checking it out.  These changes give the players something to work for in the game.  There are several new heroic encounters and challenging mobs to fight so it promotes more teamwork than the Sharandar mod 21 offered.  

Cryptic Studios and Perfect World were recently bought out by Embracer Company.  I don’t know what this holds for the future of Neverwinter but hopefully it will be good changes.
