Happy Spring everyone! I have just a couple quick guild announcements in this month’s issue. First off a super big thanks to Kaurix and Umiliya for their donations, which has put us at our yearly goal in just the 3rd month!
The website hosting is now renewed for another 3 years!
Also the High Council has been hard at work finishing up a revised charter that Lord Lasarian submitted a couple years ago. It will consolidate, reorganize and modernize the many different documents NOR has amended over the years into one easy to navigate document. It will be ready to go before the next newsletter!

Greetings from the world of Black Desert Online! We have had many changes in the past couple of moons. We have welcomed our Dark Knight brethren to our world and await the gods will, in opening our world so we may journey into the deeper regions of this world with the Kamasilve expansion coming soon *crosses fingers*.
We will be having our first major guild event which will happen in April. A scavenger hunt across the Black Desert world from Valencia to Calpheon and all points in between. We will be finding those things hidden or stolen by the beasts that roam the lands. Come join us in our adventure, whether you but a babe in the woods at level one or a mighty hunter at level 60 all may partake in the frivolity. Come join us in our adventures and have fun!

Dungeons & Dragons Online is still in the midst of its 11th Anniversary celebration. It is not too late to redeem your two anniversary cakes, as long as you do so by April 2nd! To get your cakes, log in to Dungeons & Dragons Online and open up the DDO Store. Choose "Redeem Code" and type in "HAPPY11TH" and select "Apply", then repeat the process a second time for your second piece of cake. Click on each piece of cake to get a great variety of bound to account items, or 100,000 experience points per cake consumed. See you in game!

After having spent the previous month enjoying the release of the "Head of the Snake" Living Story content, the Guild Wars 2 branch spent much of this last month “leveling up.” We completed the Guild Hall upgrade to our aetherium capacity, and after knocking out a few other smaller upgrades, we achieved level 40! This enables us to focus on the next exciting step of Further Exploration, which opens up an entirely new area of the Guild Hall with more rooms, a jumping puzzle, and a new waypoint. We’re thankful for the many generous donations that have made this possible and are still coming in. Please keep an eye on the Discord chat channel and in-game message of the day for details on what resources are currently needed.
This theme of leveling up was also seen in several aspects of end game content. Under the leadership of Zyera and Valikk, we gave more attention to our raiding aspirations in recruitment and have gained enough interest to start scheduling raiding nights with an all-NOR team! We’ve been helping each other to gear up and finish elite specializations. We’ve also seen more people pushing into T3 and T4 fractals and reap the great rewards they offer. It’s exciting to see yet another dimension of the game open up to NOR. If you are interested in raiding or progressing into higher tier fractals, don’t hesitate to speak with an officer on how to get involved.
The past month also brought a balance patch and regular sales at the Black Lion Trading post with new items as well as the return of some highly coveted ones. It sounds like a lot of gems have migrated from NORbie accounts back to ArenaNet, so keep your eyes peeled for more daily sales as there have been some really good offers. With the advent of the balance patch we also get a fresh season of ranked PvP, so good luck to all of you chasing those ranked rewards!
We’ve enjoyed some great fruit from our recruitment efforts over the past month. We congratulate Eielesa, Leo, Nivora and Desu on their promotions to squire and reception as full members. We also warmly welcome IieChigaimasu, Flizle, DawId, xBlueKhaoz, CosmicTeapot, Crux, and CATXJ as our newest recruits. Many of you have jumped right in, gotten involved, and contributed from the moment you joined and it’s a great encouragement to us. We hope you find a home here and become a long-term part of the NOR community.

This month saw the launch of Mod 11: The Cloaked Ascendancy! There is a new zone to campaign in, and a new campaign system. The dailies offers more options than it used to, and so far the feedback has been pretty good. This mod also brings the remastered version of an old favorite dungeon, the Spellplague Caverns. None of us have made it in yet, and we will report back when we get a NOR group in there.
This mod also brought back an old type of skirmish that used to happen only once a year around April Fools. This time it's called the Illusionist's Gambit skirmish, a randomized sewer dungeon. Be prepared to fight anything and everything, such as a swarm of pinatas or mimics while you're skating on ice, or being sprayed by fire, or with little gravity, or being turned into a chicken!
Currently we're on the very edge of upgrading our Guild Hall to Level 12. Thank you to everyone who took advantage of the 2X Influence weekend and contributed by doing lots of Heroic Encounters in the Stronghold! Once we get Guild Hall 12, it'll be time to work on further upgrades on our boon structures.
We've also welcomed new Squires Effective_Animal and Kamikaze!! They've both been active players in the branch, and they're fun to be with. :-)

Many exciting things have occurred since our last newsletter! 250x XP is in full swing and we are taking advantage of all the free XP we can get. Leveling has never been easier. If you’ve been wanting to level up some toons or level up the command points, now’s the time. You can even raise it up to 350x XP with a boost.
We are having tons of fun running, so please feel free to join us. We typically run on Sunday evenings and more often if we have enough NORbies on to make a raid group. Many of us have been running with toons we have been neglecting but want to level to 70 quickly. We are happy to help with any leveling needs. Flashpoints bring great XP and really boost that leveling so we will usually run those and watch those leveling numbers go up and up.
