We have had a huge recruiting drive and the annexation of the guild Conviction swelling our numbers to over 115. Many Thanks to CT Epione and CT Jara for their efforts in this.

We have had some guild-wide events, some were participated in by many on the server, to include Epione's Trade run across the sea see screen shots here. viewtopic (The little flags are on top of trade bundles worth hefty gold and/or resources) This was a resounding success and a similar event is planned for 17 Apr. (I'll give you an update hopefully that night before the 18th.

We have had several newly appointed and promoted Officers: Epione was promoted to Count, Beardyy and Exadore were promoted to Baron.

Beardy has taken on the role of Scribe and is posting our Guild meeting minutes on the web site.
Epione has taken on the role of both event planner and recruit

We were able to clear the 5th room in Serpentis, 11 Apr 2015, a guild first. We were unable to attempt the last room due to timing.

Upcoming Game news:
We're looking forward to a new armor, housing and dungeon patch within the next month. Things should get more exciting:)

Many exciting things have occurred since our last newsletter! We’ve had a double xp weekend and are now in a double xp week!  If you’ve been thinking about returning or leveling, now’s a great time to do that.  Many of us spam Kuat Driveyards for leveling so if you need someone to run with, we are probably on and running. “Kuat till our eyes bleed!” is our motto during double xp weekend/weeks, come join us! J

PVP!  Well, some of us who swore never to set foot on a pvp arena have changed our minds.  We are grouping up often on all 3 levels of pvp and are learning the ropes from those who already know a great deal about pvp.  If you are interested in pvping, or considering it just a tiny bit, feel free to join us.  We have more fun when we run together and can coordinate with class abilities.  For example, in huttball, having a stealther stay on the opposing side to run the huttball across the line is great.  Or, a guardian who can jump to the stealther, then cross the line with the ball works well too. Teamwork is key in these games and the more we play together, the better we are, and the less painful pvp is. 

Raiders!  The raid schedule has changed, so please check the forums for updated days and sign up for story modes if interested. Gear and raiding requirements can be found on the forums as well and are updated as needed. The information on the forums that may be helpful to new and current raiders/players are 3.0 Guides, Crew Skill Guides, How to Parse, OP/FP location spreadsheet, and great information for New or Returning Players in an easy linked list of topics.

If you have a question about gearing, and see one of the DMG group members on, they will be happy to answer your questions.  DMG group members: DM Valikk and KP members Zyera, Intisar, Windemere, Sohlstice, and Velkeri.  All are very knowledgeable with gearing and getting the most out of a class.  If you are interested in optimizing your toon’s class abilities, spend some time with a DMG member who can help you with rotation efficiency and the intricacies of each class.  You tube offers many videos of class rotations, gearing tips, and flashpoint and operations running which will help as well in getting familiar with your toons abilities and how to be most effective when running.

The recent Rakghoul event yielded lots of fun and screenshots are posted on the forums. viewtopic We also had a guild meeting during that week and the meeting screenshots can be found there as well.   Our meetings are always lots of lively fun and always yield fruits!  (prizes)  Thank you to everyone who attended the meeting and congratulations to the prize winners! 

On to promotions and new recruits!  A well-deserved congratulations to Katman who was promoted to Knight!  Katman is a resident expert on the Starfighter pvping and will happily run you through it if you want to learn.  He’s also great in player pvp and offers helpful feedback on how to get the most out of the pain and suffering! J  Congratulations to Veton, Edison, Nakisa, and Nesrook who were promoted to squire!  We welcome our new recruits Bhurzo, Ripjack, Raseen, Wethril, Klaele, Fhox, Suidualc, and Al’haria! We look forward to running with you and hope you love it here as much as we do!  If we have inadvertently left someone out, please bring it to our attention as we want to recognize all our norbies!

As the Branch moves into the next exciting phase, we invite everyone to keep contributing in whatever ways you can. The NOR Spirit is flourishing here, and we hope that together we all can continue to pull together and take the Branch to new heights.
