figured I would update this and also let people know that you can always abandon your village if you did start at some point.
I have been logging into this game at least once a day for a little bit to build up and stuff. It is pretty interesting although a lot of the people who play are trully ridiculous.

What about Doc Zam? He is someone I have chatted with from Stronghold he had expressed interest in joining a cool guild and I of course recommended NOR.

I played this for a while, I think I even bought stuff, but quit faster than I did Evony or Kingdoms of Camelot, both of which were similar.
I was invited by one group that had daily play hour requirements, voice chat requirements, forum activity requirements..

Some mornings it just doesn't seem worth it to gnaw through the leather straps.
