- select what you think is their original recruited game
- enter NORname, and select "add member"
- this will add them to the roster as a fresh recruit. then you will select their name and edit and add all their known info.

FAQ: Adding a Old Returning Player
If you have a member you can't find and you have looked in the "member search" under "alt" and "name" and they are not able to fill out a fresh app, then you can manually add them to roster in the admin menu.
