I agree that the next boon structure should be Barracks, and we can get it to Rank 3 without too much trouble.

Guild hall 10 finished up last night and Phel started number 11:) it should be done in 10 days. Oddly according to Ingame requirements we should have all things at level 5 before it should have worked, oh well we will take it:)

We will be using influence for stables and wizard tower level 5.

next boon unlocks at GH 13, according to the SH construction information.

I did notice yesterday there is a special vendor we can buy, he lets you salvage and a couple other things, I had never noticed it before.

It shouldn't let us do 12, but once 11 finished, it auto selects 12 as target. However unless things are bugged we cant actually build 12.
