This past year has been rough for your Realm, Branch Leader Seyella stepping down the first of the year after working hard to build the branch and then Timaios stepping in for couple months that winter to reorganize and keep the guild going.

However for the past 6-7months there has been no Leader, no officers that were interested in taking control and continuing a working hierarchy for the realm. There have been dozens of guild applications come in with no one to answer them. Players that have been tagged have been without knowing our Guild’s Charter and Creed. They have not received information on how to access the forums, teamspeak or guild newsletter. It is the Dark Ages of Elderscrolls.

AT this time the HighCouncil is deciding the fate of our inactive branches and those that no longer have a voice at the monthly HC meetings. In order for the Elder Scrolls Online New Outrider Duchy, to remain under the guild we ask that those interested in helping your branch stay an open active realm please contact the norhc@newoutriders.org or PM us here on the forums.

Elder Scrolls is still a new game with many interested in playing and we would love to keep a NOR presence there, but we need Unity, we need the branch to be part of the rest of the guild.

The HighCouncil voted to close our ElderScrolls realm due to so few members and the lack of any active officers. The branch will remain as is, so players currently there can continue to play under the NOR banner. However until there is interest of someone rebuilding a new provisional branch, there will be no recruiting or officer structure.

If a existing NOR member wishes to tag their toon there contact the HC and we can make arrangements to do so.

I am strongly considering this game. I downloaded it for the $1,000,000 weekend and I like it so far. Is there anyone active that can tag me into the guild?
