Hey everyone. Sorry I have not been on much in the last couple months. Since the last mod I have had a brutal time motivating myself to level up to 70. The grind became too much for me at least for now. I'm hoping I'll get back to it eventually but I just had to step away from it for a bit. The only thing that makes me want to come back right now is the NOR community. I do miss raiding with the lot of you.

In the meantime, I'm on ps4 playing destiny a lot and random assorted games on Steam. I'd be happy to join up with some NOR folks there as well.

Tyrandil has been playing XCOM: Enemy Unknown. I occasionally fire up Plants vs. Zombies or Orcs Must Die 2. In a previous life time before Neverwinter, we used to play Dawn of War 2 and other real time strategy games over Steam...

@Santhus, I keep looking at Archeage and considering it. How grindy is it compared to neverwinter? Neverwinter seems to have an exceptional amount of grind.

Ziek, you are NOR, no matter the game you play. NW will be here when you feel you can return and then my squishy butt can resume hiding behind your shield.

I really should read the boards more often.

Ziek, I've been missing you in game and never knew where you went (you too, Santhus).

I hear you on the grind. I just don't play the stuff that isn't fun. When mod6 dropped I would only quest w Benn. I'm allergic to dying and that seemed to help a lot.

Anyways, wouldn't blame you for walking away, just wanted to let you know that I noticed

Compared to Level 70 neverwinter, it's not grindy at all. compared to old neverwinter, it has a good bit of grind, but you can switch it up anytime you want to.

@Ziek, here's an easy way to level: Put blue enchants into your utility slots. If you have a bunch of alts, pick up the Inscribed Garments. Do the two seeds quests with Minsc when you can. Also use Leadership to level. Spinward Rise is a grind, but it does go faster when you go around with other people. There are often PUGs in Spinward these days just questing.
