Neverwinter: Strongholds Summer 2015!

So....Hmm! Is this what I think it is? Will we, the members and leaders of our great guild going to have the opportunity to have Guild housing, Alliances, a NOR-only area to call our own? Will we have to defend it as a Guild? Grow it as a guild?
I am somewhat excited about this as I see a way to further strengthen the foundation of NOR in Neverwinter. I've only seen the little Intro video and have seen nothing more on this, but I'm sure as it draws closer to release, we'll hear more.

I was really looking forward to Strongholds, but I guess there's not much interest, oh well. :(

I don't think there is anything preventing us from participating as a guild, but we have to keep in mind that it will be particiaption only and if actual numbers are important it will be hard to defender. I am assuming that this will be the case for the majority of guilds out there, I doubt the average guild fields 20 player a night... How I know? look at the guild contest submission thread... all of them are in the same numbers as ours...

So I'm waiting to see more from the devs... until we know the exact it's hard to tell.. after the Tiamat "greatest mod that would allow guild to group and beat a major boss at raid level" flop (i.e. can't group!!!!), I'm more a let's wait and see!

I was hoping to. If a volunteer is needed to manage the stronghold and get things built and stuff I'd love to do this. I'm eventually going to play Camelot Unchained when it's released. I did play Warhammer Online and GW2, different but still a larger scale PvP and RvR.

I loved Dark Age of Camelot... RvR was awesome... even as underdog Midgaard... it's definately I game I'll look at when it comes out

Great.. I see a lot of PvE interaction so far... have yet to see how PvP will be factor... I hope it's something similar to IWD... 95% PvE with specific zone for PvP... which would make sense... and still draw in people. I think as overall NW is more PvE driven player base...

I still believe that this will be good for NOR in Neverwinter. Resources we have to gather to donate, clearing HE's in our area, etc..
I believe the interest is there, and if its implemented properly (Reference the Tiamat post above) it could be very fun for NOR in Strongholds
