The Erinyes looks to be part of the Scourge Warlock pack
The Barbarian Shaman will be a zen store purchase
Both Sgt. Knox and the Priestess of Sune are going to be part of (possibly separate) promotions (probably Midsummer Festival promotions)
I actually missed including one new companion in the picture: A "Dragon" Ioun Stone. It'll be available through trading silver dragon scales, which will be a new currency exclusive to the upcoming lockbox. Pseudodragons are also going to be available for that same currency, allowing us to get the cute little guys in the future a little easier.
And yes, I was surprised by the Knox companion too.

I love the companions in this game, if they were cheaper I'd have more of them. Upgrading the common(level15) ones is costly though. I still haven't gotten any of those companion upgrade tokens and I've opened a large # of lockboxes.
