What ESO Class are you going to be?

Post by Seyella »

Now that several of us have had the opportunity to play the beta for a few weekends, and even for those that haven't, I'm curious what class/skill combinations those that are going to play are leaning towards. I've had the opportunity to try out the Dragon Knight, Sorcerer, and Templar, and so far am leaning more towards the Templar and Sorcerer. I didn't get too far with either my Sorcerer or Templar, so I'm not sure which skill trees I'm going to specialize in, but hope to check that out more in any coming beta's. I thought it would be interesting to see what others are going to do . . .

I love the idea that whichever class we're going to play, we can choose any type of armor or weapon to use. Makes gameplay quite versatile! :yay

I'll be making a Templar and going Sword\Shield and either the Healing class tree or the Spear\Lance class tree. :)

I will likely play a Sorcerer although the Nightblade was pretty fun as well just didn't get to play mine very much.

For the sorcerer I was putting most of my points into Destruction staff with a few in Storm Calling.

I can picture a world without war, a world without hate.
And I can picture us attacking that world, because they'd never expect it.

Destruction staff Sorceror, most likely.
Hopefully i can expand my questing-exploration build to a mobile skirmisher type for AvAvA as well.

I'm going to start with a Sorcerer as main, and maybe a cleric or archer for a secondary.

Probably make some other classes soon just for the bank space.

I tried a few but liked the Scorc with destruction and the Templar best so will be making leorik a Templar and Konobi a Scorc. I also plan on making some just crafting guys who will also double as mules

I plan on doing the same. If you want to craft, alts will be essential if for nothing else, the 60 slots of bag space each one has for holding crafting mats! Plus, it doesn't help that I'm a pack rat! :tongue2

I'm hoping by focusing Provisioning on my Templar I won't have to worry about alts too much until at least my first toon is level cap. :)

I played most of my beta time as a sword & board Sorcerer, not because its amazing, but because ESO actually let me.
