They are:
2.1 Million - Archers Confirmed + 1 extra race per realm.
2.25 Million - CU Version of the Herald/Armory
2.5 Million - The Depths

Unlike other Kickstarters, these stretch goals aren't for the feature to be considered, they are for the feature to be guaranteed. We may get them anyway.

Given how into the idea of the Depths Mark sounded I am guessing that it will happen regardless

I expect it's just a question of how fast we'd get them - before or after they release and start getting revenue. My biggest worry about all this is a repeat of HGL: being overly ambitious in how much they try to get done before release, leading to too much work on the engine and no actual content. The talk about developing their own engine so that it will scale properly in particular, since that's exactly what Flagship did. Well, It's not Mark's first rodeo, so I expect he knows better.

Looks like they came up just short of the 2.25 million mark. Somehow I expect the Depths to show up in the first expansion - too cool an idea to drop.

THey didn't come up short. You have to add in the PayPal donations, which put them up around 2,260,000. Paypal will run for another 30 days. There is virtually no way they don't hit the 2,500,000 necessary for The Depths.
