NOR Dungeon Planning

2 things were recently brought to my attention. First there are people who want to participate in the dungeon runs but weeknights don't work for them. Secondly there are members that want to run endgame dungeons but don't because of concern they will not be good enough. I would like to address these issues separately.

For the first issue, it seems weekends are the best time for almost everyone to do dungeons. I am unfortunately unable to commit to a set time like I can on weeknights. That said, usually by Thursday/Friday I know what is coming and can plan ahead to run something. I would like to use Discord to coordinate these events. Keep an eye on the Discord NW Lobby as that is where we can have open discussions planning these runs. Link to directions to join NOR Discord at the bottom of this message.

As for concerns about being good enough, don't let this stop you. Not every run may end in success and that is okay. For those concerned I have some baseline build guides on the forums that are not gear dependent. Strictly encounter rotations and feats that work into RAQ even at low item levels. With the use of comms and a team effort everyone can become an experienced dungeon runner. Link to builds at the bottom of this message.
