As far as Addons go in ESO my thoughts are, that there is no mandatory addons that need to be installed, rather that there are useful addons that could make your life easier in ESO. Here is a list that are fairly popular...


Destinations - lots of options to modify your map so that you can see quest hub locations, Point of Interest and certain achievement locations.

SkyShards Not interested in solving those riddles to find all those pesky skyshards? well this addon will show those locations on the map for you.

Lorebooks An Addon that makes it easier for you to find the location of every lorebook out there in the world.

MapCoordinates Places co-ordinates at the bottom of the map

Master Merchant A useful addon when in a trade guild that lists the average price that items have sold for.

Lost Treasure An addon that marks on your map the location of treasure map chests, also used to locate profession surveys.

These and many more can be found at ESOUI.com, you can also download their addon manager, which can be used to download and install addons directly to your ESO program folder.
