From what I've seen around the Internet, it would be prudent to bring an off-tank, or at least someone besides the main tank who's a little sturdier than CWs.

I put in Tanith for heals, but I need to check whether her ilvl will drop below 3100 after putting the frost gear to get the resistance needed.
