The only change I remember is the east cleric group used to start fighting the white head while everyone else went to black sometimes simply because of the time lost running to black.
For groups we can probably do 5/5/5 on each cleric and then groups 4 and 5 float between the clerics. That would give a good balance with extras to help as needed at each cleric.
At the very start when there are the 5 people at each platform, It would be important to coordinate getting 5 of each element so we have a good balance of protection when we are going across and killing heads. These 5 platforms could line up with group positioning for the cleric phase. West cleric gets black, west floaters get green, middle get red, east floaters get blue and east cleric get white.
I bet we can take advantage of high vizier/prophet here as well. Take 2 of each and put 1 set in west cleric group and 1 set in east cleric group if we are going 20 black and 5 white. In the event we go 15 black & 10 white or the full 25 black we could put the high sets in the floater groups instead.

3 CW - help freeze/control adds
