Thanks for sharing! It's nice to see them addressing the concerns about the HoT maps, I really hope those become a bit more solo friendly. As for, "Players should not have to take part in multiple hour long zergs. There’s a lot of content in HoT and we’re trying to make it rewarding to play in a variety of play styles.": Amen to that

This is great - thanks for sharing! Agreed that it looks like a lot of good stuff coming down the pike. Their approach to the community, to me, seems to be a much friendlier one than I've seen in other MMOs. Nice!
