Some of you may remember me as "Eriel Silverleaf" from DAoC in the early 2000's (Gawaine server).
still have 4 accounts on DAoC, when i reactivate to kill Albs from time to time :-)
I am currently set up with loads of toons/crafters on "Nimrodel" server LotRO.
Anyone playing LotRO on the NOR server these days?

How are you doing... So glad to hear from you! I still miss DAoC and think overall it was the best MMO I have ever played. Wonder what I would think if I tried logging in again.

Not sure who all is playing on the NOR Brandywine server. I know I downloaded the game the other day but I have yet to make a character. The idea that you might be lurking around somewhere over there sure makes it even more tempting. Would love to get a chance to chat with you again.

Hi Eriel! I played DAoC but I think we missed each other, heh (we only played for about a year) NOR is active on the Brandywine server. I don't know if you know of Cat and Gwen, but they are there playing (as well as a number of others). Matter of fact, Lord Emeritus Cat has re-opened the branch and is currently in the process of rebuilding and, I know, would love to have you! I also play occassionaly, along with just about all of NOR's current games.

Still doing good. I moved into my house years ago after spending 3 years remodeling it, so been here playing the game of life and taxes and whatever MMO catches my eyes for fun. When i have time i mostly play LotRO or when i get bored resub in DAoC. I do have a closed VIP DDO but have not played that for years since LotRO pulled me in about 3 years back. Other then that i think i have played just about every new MMO NOR has been involved in but they never did anything after the initial releases to keep meplaying them for long. Guess no game has really had the impact that DAoC and their PvP system did me in for. Great hearing from you guys and look forward to maybe playing something with yall in the future...good hunting

I forgot to ask you, are you planning on playing GW2? I've read that their pvp experience is going to be a bit similar to DAoC's in that they will pit servers against each other. You might want to check into GW2, it looks to be an interesting and "different" game from all the others out there. If you are interested, check out some of the ones in the GW2 section.

By the way, when I played DAoC, I played as Quimmer and Lasariana. I might have had another character, but I can't remember the name, lol

I'm not sure what i will be doing when GW2 comes out. If i get bored with whatever MMO i'm playing or think PvP will be worth it, i may give it a go around. Still have not given it much thought, to be honest with you.

Well you can always come say hi to us on DDO. What server were your characters on before? I know they merged several servers so they may already be on the same server as NOR.

I am not sure, i don't even have it on any of my comps and Hughes Net probably wont like me trying to downlaod it anytime before 11:00PM i know i have alot of toons 15+ lvl though...
