I think the biggest difference between a successful and an unsuccessful group is.....
Communication. Guess a group is kinda like a relationship eh.
At least this applies when actually doing a quest that is difficult. Not so much when zerging quests below your level.

One Displacement cast on the right person at the right time can save more hitpoints than a heal spell.
