Afternoon Update - October 17th 2013

Today’s update is for the last Viking race in this cycle, the Valkyries. Before reading any further please be aware that this is a very mature story and it features such adult subjects as rape, murder, torture and wholesale slaughter. If you are uncomfortable reading about these subjects and/or don’t think that they belong in a world such as the one we are creating, please, please don’t read the story. While I have toned it down from its original form thanks to feedback and support from all members of our studio, it is still a very dark and brutal tale. At the end of the tale, we’ve got some great artwork from the team to show off, including a number of upper torso and wing studies for what I hope will be an awesome race.
