Would it be safe to assume that the gree event will not be accessible before the maintenance?

That's a safe assumption! Relics of the Gree will be active when the servers come back up tomorrow.

It will be up for 2 weeks

According to the patch notes, Story Mode drops Arkanian tokens. Hard Modes drops Underworld. I think they're on separate lockouts so we could try both!

I think the dailies give basic comms as well. ^^
