I saw that the recent High Council meeting had a brief discussion about paying for another 3 years of something, something, something which I took to mean upkeep for the NOR website.
Where do NOR funds come from and how can I as a member contribute?

The bills are paid through donations of members and officers. On the bottom of the NOR forums page is a paypal donation button that allows anyone to donate http://newoutriders.org/forums/portal.php . We set a yearly goal of $200 for the guild to achieve. Funds are used pay for the utilities, occasional kickstarter, and a few random other things that get brought to the HC's attention.
