Are tanks not using Fortunate Redoubt relic anymore? Not really. Since literally every single piece of tank gear now comes with Defense (prior to KotFE it was split between Def and Absorb), tanks get all the Defense they need just from gear and the relic's proc pushes way into diminishing returns. ...
