Tweaked the guide again to give more accurate recommendations of relics and converted all references to mods to the rating system to be consistent with the new tool tips: e.g. 66 level mods are now 148 rating mods.

I have updated the original post. The major change is to the relics section. With 2.7 the PVP Oboran relics are by far the best option for fresh 55 characters.
