Actually, you get the XP bonus on Makeb too. Though getting through chapter 3 of your story should put you in the 52 to 55 range, there is *so much* to do that the bonus xp doesn't matter much. I recommend leveling up toons through the main story line (chapter 3) and then getting those last few leve...
