Ok, the switch back to DPS from healing is not coming without a few bumps in the road. In other words, you have suffered my n00b healz...and now beware my n00b DPS!!!11!! Lightning Sorc/TK Sage, I am not hitting anywhere close to the 6k dps target indicated above with 216 in about half my gear slots...
