They've taken fly-by away as being anything effective. Yesterday it was 11115 damage over 9 secs with a 3 sec activation & a 1 min cooldown. Today it is 4228 over 9 secs with a 2.5 sec activation & a 45 sec cooldown.

Now that all the holidays and visitors have passed by and gone home I can get back to normal gaming schedule which is basically every night but Friday, therefore I'm in!
